Product Development and Merchandising

Our merchandising team is always on the lookout for new fabrics, designs by attending fairs and by visits to mills, processing houses to update our customers design department with latest inputs well in advance to help them make an attractive range. We also shop abroad for the latest in fashions and designs.Completing the technical files, allocating & planning orders with suppliers, approvals, production followups, communication, one team of merchandiser is dedicated to each customer.

Quality Control

Our Q.A team follows an AQL of 1.5 & 2.5 depending on the complicity of styles. The salesmen sample as well as bulk fabrics are tested for following:

  • FINAL INSPECTION as Per Clients AQL Level and Quality Standards. For Every Clients, Kibasu Sourcing Creates a Separate Internal QUALITY MANUAL, SOP and Keep its Assigned for Follow-Ups.

Logistics

Kibasu Pays Keen Follow-Up When it comes to Logistics, Docs & Shipment Follow-Up. We Internally Check SUPPLIER DOCS before submitting it to Bank. We Advise Container Selection, Vessel Follow-Up, Shipment Advisories like ETA, ETD Etc. We Ensure everything is Right and Avoid Clients Facing Miss-Communications & Issues at the Receipt of the Cargo at Theirs Port and Keep it Hassle Free.

Kibasu as a socially responsible company, we believe in protecting nature and as an initiative towards this objective, we are promoting usage of recyclable and natural fibres like Organic cotton, hemp, bamboo, recycled fleece etc… we also support usage of Fair trade cotton.

Kibasu ensures that all our vendors/factories comply to the basic International compliance requirements and we ensure that factories are following the safety and health policies.
